The streets.The schools.The way work is organized.What a career is supposed to look like.What software asks from you.What people tolerate because everybody else tolerates it.
This can give an old arrangement the appearance of a natural law.
It isn't.

It means you will have to ask.Build.Argue.Convince.Try badly.Try again.Occasionally discover that the old way existed for a reason.And sometimes discover that it didn't.
